Turbovap cordially invites you to attend the 22nd China FIC Food Ingredients Exhibition 2018.

From March 22 to 24, 2018, the 22nd China International Food Additives & Ingredients Exhibition (FIC) was grandly held at the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center. Turbovap will be participating in this event. Our booth numbers are: Hall 6.1, 61X72, and 61Y73. With the global energy crisis, rising energy prices have become a permanent feature of the world energy market. In the food industry, evaporation and concentration processes require substantial amounts of energy; therefore, the development of new energy-efficient evaporation technologies has become increasingly important. Initially, mechanical vapor recompression was used primarily in the dairy industry; over several years, its applications have gradually expanded to include cereal processing, vegetable processing, juice production, winemaking, and more.

From March 22 to 24, 2018, the 22nd China International Food Additives & Ingredients Exhibition (FIC) was grandly held at the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center. Turbovap will be participating in this event. Booth numbers: Hall 6.1, 61X72, 61Y73.

With the global energy crisis, rising energy prices have become the norm in the world energy market. In the food industry, evaporation and concentration processes require substantial amounts of energy, making innovative energy‑saving evaporation technologies increasingly vital. Initially, mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) was employed primarily in the dairy sector; over the past several years, its applications have expanded to encompass cereal processing, vegetable processing, fruit juice production, winemaking, starch manufacturing, sugar refining, the production of food additives, and fermentation industries. The adoption of MVR in the food industry aligns with China’s national trends toward low‑energy consumption and environmentally sustainable production, and it still holds considerable potential for further development within the country.

As a leading domestic manufacturer of core MVR equipment and an MVR system engineering service provider, Turbovap has consistently delivered high-quality products and comprehensive after-sales support to customers in the sugar alcohol, additive, and fermentation industries.
