Delivery and commissioning of multiple models of Turbovap turbines’ compressors.

Recently, Turbovap Turbomachinery has delivered another batch of centrifugal steam compressors in multiple models to customers, serving industries such as chemical wastewater treatment, pesticide‑contaminated wastewater, and plant‑extract processing. These compressors cover a broad range of flow rates and feature low temperature rise, with users spanning Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Sichuan, and other provinces. Case 1: A sugar‑alcohol producer in Zhejiang employs this compressor model in its MVR system, with an inlet air temperature of 70°C and a temperature rise of 7°C, making it well suited for concentrating heat‑sensitive materials. Case 2: A tea‑plant extract manufacturer in Sichuan uses this compressor model in its MVR system, operating at an inlet air temperature of 63°C and achieving a temperature rise of 13.5°C, ideal for concentrating heat‑sensitive substances. Case 3: A pharmaceutical company in Jiangsu utilizes this compressor in its high‑salinity wastewater MVR system.

Recently, Turbovap Turbomachinery has delivered another batch of centrifugal steam compressors in multiple models to customers, serving industries such as chemical wastewater treatment, pesticide‑contaminated wastewater treatment, and plant‑extract processing. The units cover a broad range of flow rates and feature low temperature rise, with end users located across Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Sichuan, and other provinces.

Case Study 1: MVR System at a Sugar Alcohol Enterprise in Zhejiang Province

This model operates with an inlet air temperature of 70°C and a temperature rise of 7°C, making it well suited for concentrating heat-sensitive materials.

Case Study 2: MVR System for a Tea Plant Extract Manufacturer in Sichuan

This model operates with an inlet air temperature of 63°C and a temperature rise of 13.5°C, making it well suited for concentrating heat-sensitive materials.

Case Study 3: MVR System for High-Salinity Wastewater at a Pharmaceutical Company in Jiangsu Province

This model operates at an inlet air temperature of 85°C, with a temperature rise of 16°C, making it suitable for treating typical high-salinity wastewater.

Case Study 4: MVR System for High-Salinity Wastewater at a Pesticide Manufacturer in Jiangsu Province

This model operates with an inlet air temperature of 80°C and a temperature rise of 15°C, making it suitable for treating typical high-salinity wastewater.
