Eco‑Energy (ARES System) — an internationally leading wastewater treatment solution
Basic Concept of the ARES Ecological Energy System The ARES ecological energy wastewater treatment system is a technology suite developed through nearly 20 years of research and innovation, fundamentally based on bridging microbial food chains within wastewater. By integrating techniques such as bioenzyme induction, bio‑light energy activation, and trace element balance, this system creates an optimal environment for microbial decomposition and synthesis within the micro‑ecosystem. Principles of the ARES Ecological Energy System After microorganisms break down organic matter, they produce activated sludge. Using carrier technology, bioenzymes and bioacids are introduced into carefully selected microbial cells, thereby establishing conditions that meet specific requirements.

On April 30, 2017, a delegation including Academician Xie Kechang, Vice President of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Academician Chen Yong, and President Chen Qun of Changzhou University visited Turbovap to assess the company’s technological innovation efforts. On March 8, 2017, the People’s Representative Daily published a special report on page A17 titled “Turbovaps: A ‘Persistent Craftsman’ on the Path of Innovation,” highlighting the company’s achievements in scientific and technological innovation. Recently, five departments—the Jiangsu Provincial Talent Office, the Provincial Department of Education, the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and the Provincial Department of Finance—jointly issued a notice announcing that 231 individuals, including Luo Chunlong, Chairman and General Manager of Turbovap, have been awarded the title of “Jiangsu Provincial Industry Professor.” It is understood that the Jiangsu Provincial Industry Professor program is a talent initiative highly valued by the provincial Party Committee and the provincial government. The program aims to bring top-tier external experts into universities, fostering collaboration between enterprises and academic institutions to establish various R&D platforms, undertake joint scientific and technological projects, and jointly train graduate and undergraduate students. At 3:00 p.m. on January 25, 2017, the Vido Group’s 2017 Spring Tea Party was grandly held at the Liyang Grand Hotel. Brothers and sisters from Turbovap Turbomachinery, Jiangsu Vido, Liyang Fosibao, Anhui Vido, and other affiliated companies gathered together to share in this festive occasion. As the annual meeting began, Deputy General Manager Xiao Xiaorong delivered the opening address.

Recently, Jiangsu Television conducted a special interview and report on the technological innovations of Turbovap, which was broadcast on the “Jiangsu Direct Line” program on the Jiangsu City Channel, generating a strong public response. The report highlighted how Turbovap has grown from scratch to excellence, pioneering the successful development of a centrifugal steam compressor that broke the foreign monopoly on this product. This breakthrough has provided new momentum and quality assurance for the widespread adoption of MVR technology in China, setting a successful precedent for cross-industry development. MVR technology can significantly reduce steam consumption and lower energy use in concentration processes, and is now widely applied in areas such as traditional Chinese medicine concentration, wastewater treatment, and zero‑discharge of high‑salinity wastewater.
