In the workshop, workers were busily loading seven compressors onto trucks, ready to depart and be delivered to the customer. In the first half of this year, leveraging its comprehensive product lineup, superior quality, and extensive industry experience, Turbovap secured an order for seven centrifugal steam compressors. Upon receiving the assignment, the entire company accorded it the highest priority, swiftly organizing production to ensure timely delivery while maintaining both quality and quantity. Application of MVR Technology in the Concentration of Traditional Chinese Medicines
Traditional Chinese medicine is a time-honored form of healthcare in China, and its use for disease prevention and treatment boasts a long history. In the production of TCM preparations, concentration is an indispensable step; however, conventional evaporation, distillation, and concentration equipment are highly energy-intensive, with energy costs accounting for a substantial share of their operating expenses. Consequently, reducing the energy consumption per unit of concentration is crucial for lowering overall operating costs. MVR equipment can replace traditional single‑effect and multi‑effect concentrators, significantly cutting production energy use and markedly reducing enterprise operating expenses. An MVR evaporator harnesses electrical energy to generate mechanical energy, enabling the 100% recovery and reuse of the latent heat contained in secondary steam.

From September 7 to 9, 2016, the Fourth International Exhibition on Biofermentation Products and Technology Equipment was grandly held at the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center. This event is the annual highlight eagerly anticipated by the global biofermentation industry, bringing together numerous brands, R&D teams, and industry leaders. It is a comprehensive exhibition of enzymes and food‑processing equipment that enjoys high influence and authority within China. The show attracted more than 200 manufacturers of fermentation products and fermentation equipment from over 20 countries and regions, showcasing thousands of products. At the exhibition, the “Seeing China” program team had the privilege of interviewing Luo, the head of Turbovap.
